Over-The-Side Immersion Heaters

 

Over-The-Side Immersion Heaters can be custom designed in many shapes and sizes to fit within your open tank dimensions and specifications. These heaters are installed through the top of the open tank with the heated portion of the unit along the side or at the bottom of the tank. Natural circulation of the fluid inside the tank allows for even distribution. Such heaters are often select for their mobility characteristics and, the ease of installation.

These heaters are available with different sheath material such as SUS304, SUS316, Inconel, Incoloy, Titanium, Teflon Coated and Quartz. with wide selection of kW ratings, shapes and mounting methods available to suit many different type of application. Together with a digital controller, this heater becomes the perfect solution to heat large tank containers with no access to the liquid except from the top.
