Flange Immersion Heaters

Flanged industrial immersion heaters are commonly used as direct heat application in many chemical, petroleum and water based applications. Flanged immersion heaters is known in many application as the sole method of direct heating to reach the required temperature range with more efficient than most alternative methods of heating.

Flanged immersion heaters allow the flexibility of using many different alloys to help resist corrosion and maintain life longevity of the flanged heater. In order to avoid sheath breach over excessive durations, a wide selection of the sheath materials is available such as stainless steel, Inconel and titanium to meet the different range of applications in chemical and process industries. Basic mechanical thermostats were used to as safety temperature control to help protect liquid mediums from overheating and the protection to the flanged heater as well. Additional sensor such as thermocouple or RTD sensor could be insert in the thermo-well to link with a digital controller that cycles and maintains the desired target temperature.
